Breakfast
 
1 egg
1 banana
1 piece of toast
 
Jump start your day with one seving each of protien, fruits and grains or nuts

Lunch
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup tuna
1 cup of fresh fruit
Black coffee or tea
 
I like to have fresh diced fruit mixed in with my cottage cheese, you can also add dry fruits and nuts for variety. Always include a cool crisp glass of water with all meals
Dinner
 
Lean meat or chicken
1 cup green vegetables
1 cup colored vegetables
1 fruit
 
Eat your colors, the more colorful your plate the healthier it is, Eat a rainbow of colors each and every day for your health
Snack
 
1fruit  or 1 raw vegetable, seeds or nuts for a healthy snack
this can vary from dried or fresh or in a frozen treat as shown, try a variety and see which one you prefer
